- 70% SALES ASSOCIATE / 30% BROKER COMMISSION SPLIT MENTOR COMMISSION PLAN: No monthly fees paid to Broker. Sales Associate pays their E&O Insurance premium per transaction and MLS, and Real Estate Board Fees. 70% paid to Sales Associate; 30% Broker commission split.
- NON-MLS REFERRAL PROGRAM: 30% referral fee paid to Sales Associate, 70% paid to Broker. Your License remains active. No monthly fees, No MLS fees and NO MLS requirement. All listings and buyers are referred to the broker. Agent receives 30% referral fee on all income derived from referral. We do all the work. The broker of this program is REIC Realty and Referral, Inc. Sales Associate pays their E&O Insurance premium per transaction.
